I urge everyone to experience a private 'Speerlight Energy Clearing' with Ananda.
I knew I had a blocked chakra and was in need of help to blast it loose. (Just like when lifting a heavy object, sometimes you need to ask for help to get the job done).
I wish words could fully discribe what transpired.

I attended a Sacred Elimination retreat with Heidi Nordlund & I recommend this as a great self-love experience: The moment I entered the space, Heidi's welcome contributed to my sense of feeling loved, safe, & welcomed. The presentation emphasized the importance of pacifying Vata and how to do that. The body can feel safe when it is approached gently & listened to. When it is nourished with oil treatments.
