Of course the furnace decided not to work over a weekend when it was cold outside. Smith & Willis responded with technician Tyler who was professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do and did it! I recommend Smith & Willis for all HVAC needs.

I had great service from Smith & Willis. Steve kept me informed of his arrival time. He took time to review my furnace issue and worked diligently until problem was fixed and I was satisfied. Actually, he completely fixed the issue and I was very happy, my furnace is now quiet. Thank you Steve.

Quick response from the company and the techs that came out were Monty and Steve and they came out and fixed the issue and knew exactly where to look and what was wrong. They were super professional and friendly and informative on what the issue was and how they resolved it.
