My initial contact with staff was very helpful and arranged an appointment with a technician as soon as possible. Jeff was on time, very helpful and took care of the problem with the furnace. He answered all my questions, explained the technical in terms I could understand. The price was reasonable. I really appreciate the help.
Anthony was GREAT! He’s very informative, listened to our questions, actually takes time to answer and explain. He went through the house and did measurements no one else has done. We have other estimates to compare to, but Anthony’s visit ranks among the winners. We really hope his estimate comes in lowest and with the equipment we like, as a tie goes to Anthony. He’s a quality estimator and probably deserves a raise. That aside we’re looking forward to a new heat pump to tie to our solar panels. We’ll call the heat pump Anthony if he gets the winning bid.
Very responsive and flexible with scheduling when I needed a boiler fix in a hurry in order to restore hot water and heat supply. Unlike another company I had come out originally, NOW got the job done rather than leaving me without a resolution. Jeremy listened and resolved the issue without an attitude and with upfront disclosure of the cost.
