Brian and Hunter, the installers, were seriously the best and knocked out all the windows in a single day. Even when a few window panes had the low-e film on the wrong side and some screens didn’t make it, Windows America ordered them and got everything squared away. Their prices can’t be beat, and customers will be using them again and recommending to everyone. The experience with Windows America was hands down the best, from start to finish. Mark Sr and Mark Jr are very polite and professional. Customers received estimates that were way below other companies. Brian and Hunter did a fantastic job installing the new windows, being polite and patient with questions. The new windows look great. When there was a leak in a window pane that was replaced this year, Mark Jr. came out himself to take care of it. He was very courteous, especially considering it turned out to be more of a job than expected.
