Our furnace quit after hours during a cold spell, and after calling a few places we had used before with no luck, we reached Total Comfort Heating & Cooling. jude came out as soon as he could, checked the system carefully, and explained in simple terms that the old unit was beyond a reliable repair and needed full furnace replacement. i was very pleased with how the heating and ac repair team handled everything. my furnace stopped working and i had no heat on a sunday, so i called for hvac service right away. trenton arrived first and checked the system, hoping to repair the furnace, but the blower motor had failed and the unit was too old to get the right replacement part. trenton went out of his way to help me set up a new furnace installation without delay. jude and hunter came the next morning and got started right away. they were not able to finish every part of the install that day, but they made sure i had heat before they left, which i really appreciated. they returned the next morning to complete...read full review
