Super Quality Cleaners did a great job cleaning and removing a stain on a suit coat and cocktail dress. Both items look brand new! First time using this Cleaners, I would recommend them to friends and family. Prices were comparable for the area, and actually less than I thought it would be.
The service at the front desk was fine, in fact I think she was actually a five.
What I didn’t think was a five is the overall standard. My items were over $24 but not quite $25. The coupon could not be honored. I will say that it makes a difference (customer appreciation, not)
I use to come to this dry cleaners a few years ago, service was so bad lost shirts a closed washed instead of dry cleaned.?. Well it’s been awhile I thought I’d try them again, and I’m so so ha that I did! Valerie is great ! Her customer and professional skills are above and beyond! You are lucky to have her and I’m so glad she’s here!! In love with this dry cleaners again! And will pass the word!! Ty Ty Ty!! Hire more like Balerie! Plz!!
