Tide Cleaners always does a great job, and clothing is always ready to pick up when told it will be ready. The staff is always very upbeat and courteous. They always do a wonderful job with items, and the staff is so pleasant. Suits and sport coats packed away for years look all new and smell fresh. The location is great, and hours are conducive to schedules. They also clean leather. It is the Best Cleaners with Best Prices in Town. Clothes look great, and the staff is very helpful, ensuring satisfaction with orders. Some staff are especially enthused, get it right all the time, and go beyond customer service to find lost items.

I absolutely love Jennifer, she is a doll! I make it a point to always drop off and pick up during her shift. She gets it right all the time and she goes beyond her customer service quality to find lost items. I do not like showing up when other girls are working, the others aren't as enthused as Jennifer, she actually likes her job. With the others it's conscent mistakes and not worth my time dealing with them.

Clothes look great! The young lady who was there when I dropped off on Thursday and picked up on Friday was very helpful and ensured that I was satisfied with my order! I am a little sad that Tide Cleaners closed the Academy site, but this one on North Union is probably about the same distance from our home!

Four stars only bc a white summer suit was damaged at another location. Management rectified situation by providing me a credit. I’ve used it and thus far, no issues. Pleasant staff. Clothing still in tact.
