I just wanted to share what an amazing experience we've had purchasing our new spa through Spa Palace! We worked with Joseph over a period of 9 months while we were building our house. He helped us choose the perfect spa for our needs, and gave us all the specifications, so we could build our tub area exactly as needed. We stopped in several times during the process and he was always very helpful. The actual purchase of our tub went smoothly, and Danny, Mike and Rick were right on time with delivery. Sales manager was accommodating and informative when we asked a lot of questions. He even opened up the panels when asked so I could inspect the hoses and insulation. Delivery/Installation crew were professional and courteous. I would recommend for anyone shopping for a hot tub in the area.
