Working with Kyle and the team at Hanson was a great experience. We ordered a Tylo sauna, Jeff and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job with the install. They were very customer focused, making sure everything was exactly perfect!
First time tub owner and very happy I went with Hanson HotSpring Spas. Staff were friendly and helpful when we came - asking great questions that helped us decide on the right model. Some delay in getting the spa in (estimated 2-3 weeks turned into 7 weeks) - but delivery crew was top-notch. And our VIP service guy, Brayden, was awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, and patient - helping me and my girls learn the process of set-up and maintenance and really taking time to answer questions.
