Great customer service! Monica was very helpful with providing me the information necessary to get my “new to me” hot tub operational despite the fact that the tub was located in another state and not purchased at Hanson HotSpring Spas.

I can’t say enough about the customer service that these folks provided on my spa that was leaking. If you want good old-fashioned customer service that is great and the follow through that is awesome, this is your place. For some background, I had a spa that I bought in 2021 and it recently developed a crack in the bottom that leaked. They replaced it with a brand new spa under the warranty…for free! I was seriously shocked at how attentive and quick they were to take care of me. I highly recommend them for all your spa needs.

I don't usually write reviews, but kindness needs to be celebrated! Today, I needed to get a system flush product, and Hanson HotSpring Spas was the closest to my house. The problem is the place was just about to close, and they were ten minutes away. I called them, and Monica answered. I was stressed about making it to their store on time, and with the friendliest demeanor, she told me not to worry at all. She said she would stay open until I got there. When I arrived, she was smiling with the product waiting for me on the counter. It's amazing what a little kindness will do.
