Our furnace broke down after the cold spell in January. Another local firm tried several fixes, then pronounced the furnace dead and in need of replacement at $6000 estimate. We called Genes for a second opinion and their office manager, Julie, noticed from the serial number that the furnace was still under warrantee and would only need labor paid to replace parts. Turns out when they got here to inspect, it was a missing small hose from previous company's work. Replacement and service: $140. We have a new heating/cooling company now in Gene's. Professional, friendly, prompt, and fully reliable. If I could give them six stars, I would.

This is Definitely the go to place. Very nice people and honest. The very kind lady that answered the phone asked me a few questions and gave me some steps to take with my furnace before we decided I needed more assistance. She sent a tech team to my house within the hour and they quickly diagnosed my issue which turned out to be a faulty sensor. They replaced the sensor and did a thorough cleaning for $264 not expensive at all. They were very prompt, friendly and honest which I really appreciate because me and my 4 year old were freezing thanks for taking care of us and Happy Holidays to the Staff?????

I had new duct work and furnace put into my home. In having work done in my home I can’t remember ever feeling like it was a pleasure having them here. Not only were they professional, work was done in the time they said. I would definitely recommend. If I could give more ⭐️ I would.
