Supposed to be my primary doctor. Denied me medical aid and left me with no treatment for life threatening injury going on 3 months now without proper treatment no matter how many times I call.
This company has gone down hill drastically. From transfer requests going “unfiled” for months to years. Records requests not getting “fulfilled”. To blatant miscommunication across the board and horrible attitudes when these things are brought up. Take your copay money else where or out of pocket payments. And as preface I’ve been being seen by peak vista since 2019 and I’ve been trying to transfer out of their network since 2021. Let that sink in.
They are Unprofessional!My pharmacist has been faxing and i even called today because im totally out of my medication and it's peak vistas fault and always has an excuse. I wouldn't recommend the family health care to my worse enemy. They literally let their patients suffer and cause more stress! Trying to figure out if it's the doctor or staff either way not professional at all and very disappointed!
