With a friendly and helpful staff, the center offers a collaborative environment for patients to receive care. While occasional wait times may occur, especially during peak seasons, patients appreciate the knowledgeable and competent doctors who address their concerns without excessive testing. However, scheduling appointments can be challenging, with long wait times before seeing a doctor. On the plus side, the on-call nurses can expedite appointments when necessary. Overall, Peak Vista Community Health Centers at Academy provides premier care, despite some minor drawbacks.
I am so glad I took a chance with Peak Vista. The staff are sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Lyle and Dr. Moser are so patient and compassionate with my children. Both of my children took to them immediately. I look forward to continuing care through Peak Vista Pediatrics.
Not very helpful. Communication from the scheduling people online was not the same as what the people at the office stated. Now I have to cancel my dental appt with peak vista because I need an appt for the sliding scale payment. I was told you dont need an appt, they are open all day to just come in. Wrong. Wrong.
You all are crap at your job.
Everyone was friendly & caring. I was surprised that the clinic was so quiet, not a lot of patients. The dr made sure that I was able to get my meds IMMEDIATELY, as it was late in the day.
