Don’t get lazy Ted Snyder. He is too lazy to be bothered when on call. I had an important request for a medical device, the recording says urgent but not life threatening. He didn’t have the courtesy of returning the call without having the call center do his dirty work. It took over three hours to get a denial call. There are other hard working and friendly employees, my preference is Dr Charles Gray, among others. The building is old, dark, and creepy, too bad. Sadly, it is no longer open on Saturday, not even half days. It’s all about pleasure of the doctors, not the patients.

This is a office that everyone is friendly and making feel like home. I need to a shout out to Casandra because she go the extra mile to make sure you are taking care. Thank you guys!!!

The first time I was contacted, there was no follow up--the caller had said I blood pressure cuff would be sent to me the following week. But heard nothing more and nothing received. This time my caller said the cuff will be mailed to me next week, so we will see if I get it. I did ask her to put in refill for a prescription and that was done right away. So thank you! I'm cautiously hopeful that Flagship Health will help improve communication with my doctor's office.
