“A few months back I got myself in so much pain that I could barely function. I couldn't hardly walk, couldn't bend over, constant pain in my legs and hips. When I went in to see them, they took x-rays and figured what the plan needed to be going forward. I went in 3 times a week, then 2 and finally 1 time a week. Over the past few months I have noticed that I am able to get in the car without any pain. I can garden and bend over and now only muscles hurt, not my joints.

When I am in the studio, I begin to ache, and I get up and move and sometimes do the exercises they recommend (I am not the most consistent at those.) I am able to work in our studio for little to no pain most days.
