I called to get a refill on my perscription that I have been taking for 25 years. Was told I had to come in for a check up to get a refill so they set me up an appointment for a regular check up which is covered by my insurance since it had been over a year since my last one. Then I recieved a bill becuase they coded it as a dr visit and not a check up. I spent months trying to get them to go back over the Dr notes and recode it accurately. Everyone in the office is so friendly, ready to help you in any way they can, & very professional. Dr. Hurst is fantastic, takes his time to really listen to your concerns & answers questions in way you can understand. So glad we found Dr. Hurst. We never feel rushed during our visits and have never had to wait past our appointment time. AWESOME group.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Will not be going back. Went for my annual women's wellness exam which is 100% covered by my insurance. A month later I received an invoice from Labcorp. I've tried getting assistance on the error in coding and continue to be sent back and forth. Mountain View Medical advised they can't submit a dispute, Labcorp advised they (MV) needs to submit a dispute. I've asked for supervisors and have had dropped calls. I have never had this issue with any other Dr when I went for my yearly pap. Also when I had bloodwork done there, the tech was rude and put out that she had to do her job. Not a pleasant environment overall.
