The computer system is pretty slow but the check in process is pretty simple. The PA (Tim) is friendly and a good listener. The receptionist that was working when I came in is a real people person and it shows she really likes to help people. The RN (I forgot her name, maybe Leslie?) is rude and patronizing. She should NOT be in the business of taking care of people as she clearly does such a poor job at it. I have never filed a complaint with a business before, but I am sending a detailed complaint to Corporate because of the awful experience I had with her. Other than the awful RN, I would recommend the Little Clinic because it's affordable: $85 a visit; $35 for a follow up and it's convenient.

Absolutely fantastic! Got right in zero wait, and the doctor (I believe her name was Helen) was so kind and knowledgeable. Ended up staying a little longer than I had expected, but it was great, we talked about anything and everything to help my health. Will go here in the future instead of my usual doctor.
