I had an issue with my hot water heater, and my brother and law gave us JR Whitney Plumbing's info. My fiance and I called them first thing in the morning, and Jeff came right over to check it out. We needed a replacement. He explained everything to us in detail and in a way that we could understand. He went over the type of water heater he suggested and why, the size and why - the placement of our water heater is in a tight space, (and a very odd one, at that), how he would have to reconfigure the piping/the cost of that, pulling the permit/cost, and an inspection PLUS the time he'd put in. Dude was awesome. Obviously no one likes when something breaks but it was rad to have a kind person handle it and leave the headaches behind. We had a water heater issue, and had a few other people check it out. Not only did Jeff make it right, he also made me question why we called anyone else out before having him. Hands down never calling anyone else again in Colorado springs. Id give more stars but google wont let me.

We desperately needed help with an issue at our condo, and while everyone else in town told us it would be weeks before they could get to us, Jeff fit us into his schedule and knocked it out. He's super friendly and really explained what the repair entailed. I won't call anyone else!
