Kim's Quality Alterations and Cleaners offers professional and friendly service. The staff are honest and will turn down work if they believe alterations are unnecessary. They have experience with wedding dress alterations and can complete complex repairs quickly. The business provides men's clothing alterations and other sewing services.
Everything she has done has been great, and her pricing is very good. A couple standouts include a very complicated zipper fix in a fancy dress and making shorts out of cycling pants that could have gone very wrong - but she did a great job on both!
I've been coming to Kim's since 1993 when it was previously located in Security-Widefield. It's been under new ownership for a while now but I've never changed to another tailor. In all those years, I've always been satisfied by the quality of their work. It's a long drive for me but worth the time and gas.
Price was absurd. Refused to let my son use the rest room. She was nice enough to recommend I take my suit back before attempting alterations. Dry cleaning is not advertised as send out. I'm thankful my wife's dress was taken care of for our event.
