I have trained with Mike for the last 6 years. He’s highly experienced and has helped me stay on track with my goals. The gym is very well equipped, clean, and the music selections are always on point. One of my favorite parts of my week is my workout at IPF! Highly recommend!

I personally worked at the gym for a year and had a wonderful experience. All of the trainers are knowledgable and have helped many people meet their goals.
