We worked with Joe of the Colorado springs Spa Palace and he was amazing. We came in thinking we wanted the top of the line for our needs and instead he took us from bottom to top educating us along the way to discover what we truly need. We ended up going one model down from the one we came in for and could not be happier. It fits everyone of our needs. Delivery was professional and a breeze too. They had to take the hot tub through open space on our property to get it to the backyard and had no problem. We went to multiple stores but spa palace was hands down the best and we're glad we went with them, you will be too.

I was looking for a part for my old hot tub cover I could not find online. The manager walk me out back and we found the part on an old tub he just gave me. Saved me a lot of trouble wish there were more places that displayed this kind of kindness.

Friendly staff. Clean and modern store. I broke a part on my older Jacuzzi, after taking to Abraham we determined to try easy and simple first. Well......it worked. He walked me through the part replacement. $6 fix. Thank you
