We replaced our previous money pit with a J245 and could not be happier. Wish we would have bought our first hot tub here. Joseph, Abraham and the delivery crew were phenomenal from start to finish.

We highly recommend Spa Palace for product selection, delivery and take away! And for continued support! This is not our first purchase from them, but the last one we bought lasted 23 years with only one service call! Joseph is extremely professional, knowledgeable and gave us the pros and cons to help us decide what was best for us. The 3 delivery men were very respectful, professional and organized! The whole experience was overall satisfying and enjoyable. We look forward to enjoying our new Spa! We again highly recommend Spa Palace!
