Eric was friendly and professional and explained his process and all issues that arose. Now he's been here twice and is always professional and friendly, explaining everything he's doing and indicating issues that may be left to deal with later and ones that should be handled now and why.
Due to a shortage of furnace flu components, our furnace replacement project took 4 months to complete. Our house is 33yrs old and it was time to replace the furnace/AC. The Amana 96% furnace was installed in May with AC capability initially. The flu fitting finally arrived in August and FW was finally able to complete the project. Josh did a great job getting the flu stack routed to the roof, installing the network capable thermostat, and the humidifier/humidistat. Furnace World did an excellent job! From the beginning their sales representatives took time to help us determine what the best solutions were for adding a dual fuel heat pump system. Their quote was very reasonable and even included a discount for educators. Their installation team was very professional. They not only wore shoe protectors but also put down floor protectors the whole distance from the front door to the furnace. The installers spent time explaining the installation process and the new system operations.
