We called Dr. Soot because our gas fireplace was not working. Mike and Christian came out, were very kind and very knowledgeable. They fixed our fireplace! I highly recommend this company.

This is by far the best chimney cleaning I've had. George is the man you need to have do your chimney or Woodstove cleaning. Thorough, on time, professional and passionate about his work and making sure the customers are happy. I've had several over the years but this is the absolute best.

Glad I was able to get an appointment before Christmas. Being new to wood fireplaces with a new home I wanted to make sure everything was good to go before use. Along with cleaning he performed a full multi-point inspection of the fireplace which included a camera through the chimney. He documented all inspection points with a concise paper report. Fortunately there were no major issues found. Lou was courteous, professional and willing to explain the dos and donts to keep my fireplace safe and well maintained.Based on my own research their rates are competitive given the provided services.
