Cooper H&C replaced my HVAC with brand new equipment 6 years ago, and 3-5 different service techs have provided excellent service since. That said, however, service tech Aaron Sisk, a newby to us who just completed the routine AC performance checkup, impressed me so positively by his technical expertise and superb customer care that I not only want to commend Aaron for his work but fully intend to request that he be assigned as my regular service tech. Aaron is a tribute to his tradecraft and to Cooper H&C.
