We called Joe for a second opinion about our furnace having a crack in the heat exchange. He confirmed what the previous guy mentioned, but we chose to work with Joe because he discovered that carbon monoxide was leaking. Joe is also professional, competent and highly knowledgeable. We felt like we were very taken care of as he provided us with his professional opinion but also gave us several options. He didn't try to upsell or push for more repairs. Joe was phenomenal! Beat out all other prices, (including costco with the rebate) and was able to fit me in really quick to replace my AC.
