While one reported problem was not solved, customers are impressed and state all future HVAC business will go through Black Forest. It is a company that provides quality service, making them difficult to find in Colorado Springs. Brandon of BFHC came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the needed repairs at a fraction of the cost quoted to continue troubleshooting by the competition. Let’s be honest in Colorado Springs it’s difficult to find a company that provides a quality service. Look no further for your AC needs! My experience with Black Forest was superb in every respect. The scheduling line was very polite, informative, and transparent.Brandon was my Tech, he was friendly and super knowledgeable about my system. He didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need and provided through explanations to all my questions.The only caveat is I did not shop around so as an honest reviewer I can’t tell you if they are the cheapest, but they seemed reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend to everyone.
