Let’s be honest in Colorado Springs it’s difficult to find a company that provides a quality service. Look no further for your AC needs! My experience with Black Forest was superb in every respect. The scheduling line was very polite, informative, and transparent.Brandon was my Tech, he was friendly and super knowledgeable about my system. He didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need and provided through explanations to all my questions.The only caveat is I did not shop around so as an honest reviewer I can’t tell you if they are the cheapest, but they seemed reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend to everyone.

Black Forest Heating and Cooling was thoroughly professional and courteous while providing us with solid information and unbiased guidance while researching the geothermal option for our application. They shoot straight and separate fact from opinion, and do not use high pressure tactics. They seem trustworthy.
