We felt really lucky to have Colorado Best Plumbing help us with an urgent plumbing problem in Colorado Springs. It was a holiday evening, and while most plumbers were unavailable, miguel still made it out quickly after a burst pipe caused a major leak. He stayed late and came back the next day to finish the pipe repair and make sure everything was working the right way. Another great experience with Colorado Best Plumbing. I recently had old cast iron sewer lines replaced with new PVC at an 85-year-old cottage in Colorado Springs with very limited access and tight crawlspace working conditions. I spoke with Billy to set up an on-site visit with Miguel, and both were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Miguel came out, inspected the plumbing job carefully, and explained everything in simple terms. Since the home is very old, I was concerned that one repair could uncover more drain and sewer issues. I called to schedule a plumbing appointment to replace our water filter unit on the well line that feeds the house. They worked us in early that morning so we would not have to wait around. Because I am disabled, it can be hard for me to get outside and explain everything, so they are always thoughtful about timing the visit when my husband or one of my sons is home to help with the walking and things like shutting breakers off and on if needed.
