Kevin did an extremely thorough home inspection, we were very pleased with his detail and knowledge. Specifically there had been a prior buyer who had an inspection done a month ago and Kevin picked up a number of issues that the prior inspection didn’t turn up. Also Brick and Mortar uses the latest tech to maximize their inspection thoroughness, for example Kevin used a drone to get close high resolution views of the roof and shingles.
Great company! First they were able to answer questions while setting up the inspection. There website is detailed and user friendly. The inspector Kevin was on time, friendly, and helpful during the inspection. They are a one stop shop offering several add-ons for your inspection needs. Their turn around time on inspection report was very fast. The report itself is greatly detailed and easy to read and understand. I would absolutely use them for your inspection needs. Thanks guys!
My inspector Greg Mclain, provided a very thorough property inspection. He was courteous, and professional. Once inspection was done, he took the time to explain some of the issues. Greg took the time to show me and made sure I understood what he was finding, along with recommendations. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his knowledge. Would highly recommend!
