Rick from B & L was fantastic! He came out as soon as he could to help with our busted water heater. I appreciate the upfront pricing including best and worst case scenarios of what we would have to pay. He was so polite and took his time to make sure it was done correctly the first time. I can’t say enough positive things about this company! If you’re looking for a trustworthy , honest company; choose B & L.
Kevin was punctual, knowledgeable efficient, polite, respectful and addressed the situation. He had the entire situation dealt with very quickly without a disruption to my day; and left the work site very clean, both of which have not been my experience with other contractors.The new toilet that he installed works great, and my family’s upset about having a plumbing problem are completely resolved.
I’ve used B&L plumbing for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Of course every time I call them I have a huge lump in my throat of what the damage/cost could be especially involving water. Every time they go over what could be the worst case scenario and obviously the best case. They have never over sold an issue nor have they subsequently tried to up sale services. They go everything thoroughly and make you feel as if you’re in control of the decision. Kevin, who’s worked on a few issues I’ve had, is amazing. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and absolutely thorough.
