We had a small water leak at our sprinkler water valve in the basement. Contacted B&L Plumbing, and they had someone come out about an hour later. The technician quickly found the problem and fixed it. Really happy with the overall experience. This is not the first time theyve fixed a plumbing issue we had in our house.
Rick from B & L was fantastic! He came out as soon as he could to help with our busted water heater. I appreciate the upfront pricing including best and worst case scenarios of what we would have to pay. He was so polite and took his time to make sure it was done correctly the first time. Kevin was punctual, knowledgeable efficient, polite, respectful and addressed the situation. He had the entire situation dealt with very quickly without a disruption to my day; and left the work site very clean, both of which have not been my experience with other contractors.The new toilet that he installed works great, and my family’s upset about having a plumbing problem are completely resolved.
