The A&L team did a great job helping us getting some replacement Pella 1st-Generation windows for ones that were damaged by hail. From Chad the owner, Carrie and Teena in the front office coordinating initial consultant work, installation and billing, to Shawn, Ashton and Harold who did an absolutely professional job installing the windows, we couldn't be happier! when it comes time to replace other windows in our home, I'll be reaching out the A&L team to make sure the job is done right!
A&L ordered and installed a new security door on my home in 2021. By mid-2022 it had shifted to the point where it needed reinstalled; however, its warranty had expired. Mike came out and attempted to adjust the door, but he went back to A&L and recommended it be reinstalled. Between Mike's recommendation and A&L management, they decided to reinstall the door at their expense, which included new parts to replace one time use parts. Mike and his crew reinstalled the door, its operating perfectly, thank you Mike! They were courteous, on time, and a pleasure to work with.
