AJ and the team at HX Mechanical have replaced a pressure regulating valve, installed a shower mixing valve and installed a whole home humidifier for us. They have done a great job on each project, are always respectful while in our home and offer very competitive pricing.
AJ and HX Mechanical are amazing. My hot water heater went out over the weekend, and when I called at 7 a.m. on Monday, AJ took my call, listened to my issue, and had a quote back for a replacement within 30 minutes. His quote was $700 less than two other quotes I had received. Not only did I have a quote by 7:45 a.m., he was at my house ready to do the repair at 9:30 a.m.
They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a new hot water heater installed—along with the resolution of another plumbing issue that had caused the problem—by 1:30 in the afternoon.
