Just did a yoga class here and I feel like a new person.The entire flow literally felt like a massage.It should be called massage yoga.It felt so good that the only way it could’ve felt better is if someone was massaging you while doing the flow (but that’s not practical)Jess did a great job breaking everything down.There was even subtle life coaching going on with was wild but super appreciated.We got there right on time and I filled out basic info but she was cool and said let me do the rest after class.Also it was a great atmosphere.The room was perfect temperature and everyone seemed really peaceful.They had all these fun lil’ props.There was a bean bag, two...read full review
This is my favorite yoga studio that I have ever been to! Every time I visit Breck, I go to Meta Yoga. They have a floor to ceiling view of the mountains. And every instructor is amazing. This time, Kat was my instructor. She started with us chanting the chakra sounds, added dress form dance a bit to the yoga, and ended by chant-singing for us during chavasana. What a treat!
We reached out to Meta Yoga Studios (Breckenridge) to arrange a private class for my wedding weekend and we had the MOST amazing experience. The studio is beautiful and Jess (our lovely teacher) was extraordinary. It was perfect, and I'm so grateful.
