I was lucky to work with Max. Was amazing at helping me through my first home buying experience and has incredible insight into the Denver and surrounding market. Would 100% use him and the Herz Team again.

We used Leslie and her team to sell our Boulder home. From the presentation to the staging and pictures, every step was performed so well. Leslie's communication was consistent, concise, and helpful to guide us through the process. As a result of her marketing, staging partners, and a welcoming open house, our home went from being listed to receiving multiple offers and contracting with a buyer in about three days!
We are very grateful to have worked with Leslie and her team and would recommend them to anyone selling their home.
