Easily the best massage I've had in my life. Teresa had the perfect balance between making the massage therapeutic and relaxing. The environment was quiet with no distractions so I could focus on the massage completely. I've been to see other massage therapists before and often you could hear noises outside of the room. She asked specifically where any pain points or tightness was so she could focus on those areas. I felt like she really took the time to listen and communicated during the massage to make sure I was always comfortable with the pressure. It's been over a week and I am still feeling the relief she gave me. I can't recommend her enough!
