Seeing Krystina in therapy has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. There are few things in my life that have moved the needle for me more than seeing her. Through working with her, I feel more whole, more content and so much stronger. I did talk therapy for a while and it's helpful to an extent, but SE was definitely the missing piece for me. Krystina is warm and real and supportive, and also not afraid to challenge misconceptions when it's appropriate. She has taught me so much and I'm so grateful to have her in my life.
