Rob was amazing! He came to assist us with a garbage disposal issue on short notice. He's very polite and knowledgeable and fixed the issue immediately! We will use and recommend Rob and Sherrelwood Services again!

Robert with Sherrelwood Services can fix anything! After getting a quote from a large HVAC company to replace our A/C system for thousands of dollars, it took Robert one hour and a cheap part to get my A/C back up and running.

For background. I've been renting with Fowler at the same property for a little over two years now.I'm usually very skeptical about maintenance for property management companies, in this case Fowler Property Management. Luckily, the team here is pretty great. I've recently had quite a few maintenance requests and they've been very quick to respond, professional and kind. They've also been rather patient with me as I have a crazy dog who does not appreciate maintenance teams as much as I do.The only thing that I would suggest for this property management company and their maintenance program is some investment in new technology for scheduling and requesting maintenance....read full review
