My technician Daryn arrived ready to work and addressed the issue promptly. The basement floor drain was not draining causing flooding. The call was late in the evening and I’m glad Roto Rooter was available. I was supposed to get a follow up visit to use the camera for inspection the next day, and was told I’d receive a call. I did not speak to anyone further. Overall, great experience.
Mark my tech was great. Solved my problem and had good prevention tips. They are not cheap but they did fix the problem correctly unlike the 1st company I had who misdiagnosed and wanted to charge a ton.
I had a miserable experience on Friday after waiting many hours and finally giving up. Today Mohammed Khellaf came and he made up for yesterday. He was patient and kind and professional. He had to snake the drain twice to relieve the clog in the kitchen drain. That meant taking it apart and putting it together twice. I negotiated a price I can afford. I gave him a five star rating. It made up for all of the frustration of waiting almost six hours yesterday. Please put his in his file. He is the kind of employee that RotoRooter should value. I will be sharing that with others.
