I've been working with various bodyworkers for the past 25 years and working with Rob has transformed my body in ways I've never thought were possible.

My body feels more spacious and cohesive. After each session, I notice my form is better when I'm running, lifting weights, doing yoga, dancing, and all other activities. Since my functional movement patterns are improved, my body gets stronger and more comfortable in between sessions, rather than regressing. It feels like true transformational healing.

I'm breathing better, I'm sleeping better, there's less pressure on my joints, I've been able to make improvements in my fitness that were inaccessible before.

Rob is an excellent practitioner and master of his craft. I've received a lot of rolfing across several states, and I highly recommend him if you find yourself in Boulder, CO. His understanding of the human body is multidimensional and well-informed. His technique is skillful, gentle, and effective. He has a very good eye and a somatic grasp of what is happening in the body. His treatment methods work fast. I could tell he really knew his stuff and had the experience to back it up. I felt at ease with him throughout the session and the results spoke for themselves. I had a neuroma in my foot when I walked in and it resolved shortly after our session. I was able to breathe...read full review
