“I went to Coco Marie salon and was turned away because I wanted a pixie cut and was told the stylist didn’t “feel comfortable” doing that type of cut. The stylist recommend Chanel at Tranquility so that’s where I went. Chanel did an amazing job! I haven’t had a really good haircut in years and I have paid over $100 at several other salons and left with disappointment and a bad haircut. I can’t recommend Chanel enough! I brought an inspo pic and she looked at it several times during the cut so she was clear on what I wanted. It looks exactly like my inspo pic and I am beyond excited to finally have a good haircut.“

She was really careful and my nails didn't feel damaged afterwards like they did at a previous experience I had at a different salon. She took her time and didn't overuse the drill to get it off. “Nancy deserves more than this shout out she is such a cute little lady! Not only that but she took some nails done elsewhere and turned them into these BEAUTIFUL nails exactly how I wanted them. To which the other place thought they knew best and did just that. I can appreciate the talent Nancy has because she hand painted the design as they do but the catch is my acrylic set I wanted shorted given my occupation, again was told that for what I wanted was too short and they WERE because they were cut too that length. Wasn’t listened to at all. But these are just so pretty. But I won’t stop there my lashes!!! I love the lashes she did for me!! The fox or fox tail something about a fox, but I love them natural looking, natural FEELING! And the glue that she used didn’t even irritate or cause my eyes to burn! Nancy is the real deal. I plan to come to her and no one else. Nancy is quick and efficient. New Lash extensions took an hour, and they look BOOOOOMB OK.. the nails took exactly what she needed to get me looking right. My experience took 2 hours about but it felt like a brisk walk in the park. My expectations were I don’t even know that point lol because the previous one did me dirty. But Nancy here these were just… chief’s kiss.. for context of what was… compared to what it is now ?‍?? thank you Nancy!!! You bet I’ll be a continued costumer! They even turned the tv on closest to where I was sitting so I could see. Costumer service is pretty solid! They are all soo nice and supportive of one another, few of her coworkers were complimenting her work as umm WELL DESERVED. Hello?! I used to come here and was seeing another tech that is since no longer servicing there. So I was kinda bumped not gunna lie when I found this place again and she was no longer working but NANCY… ? go see her because rags to riches and I feel the service is worth the money!
