I've been a client of Polly's for 3+ years, and I am grateful to have found this gem of a practitioner. I believe she is an intuitive healer who's wisdom shines through massage, and she has honed her innate genius with lots of practice, and of course, training.
Polly is an incredible massage therapist. I had a nagging pain in my left hip that no other massage therapist I'd been to over the past year was really able to give lasting relief. She was able to not only work out the knots that seemed to be causing the pain, but also gave me a number of good stretches to keep those muscles loose. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Polly is just the absolute best. Skillful, warm, friendly, and patient...I have seen her regularly for massage beginning with prenatal massage to help relieve painful carpal tunnel symptoms. Polly was able to swiftly identify the source of the nerve pain (my neck!) and worked through the knots such that I enjoyed significant relief after just the first session. I ended up going to see her regularly throughout my pregnancy and, with her expertise, was able to experience complete relief of the carpal tunnel.
