Ryan, Jerry and the MH team did an outstanding job on our master bathroom renovation. We did a full reno with a steam shower, heated floors, etc. and are so happy with the results. As with any renovation project there were some curveballs along the way and MH was able to handle everything our project required. The scheduling, billing, organization and communication were all top notch. MH is definitely a high end outfit. Ryan did a great job of leading his team and we would definitely work with them again. Modern Homestead did a wonderful job on a complete remodel of our kitchen. They were very transparent and open throughout the entire process, working within our budget and providing an outstanding finished product. Their design team was excellent in the redesign of the space and in coming up with ideas for countertops, cabinets, flooring, lighting and all the other details. We couldn't be happier with the work that John and his team at Modern Homestead completed. Our bathroom remodels went very smoothly and we absolutely love the results. They were great with communication and planning throughout. All the guys that came through were super friendly, courteous and paid attention to every detail. And I'm super picky too. A++.
