Hunter was very knowledgeable. He carefully and succinctly explained the workings and issues we were having with our AC. I am super pleased with the service and I'm happy give Hunter 5 stars. Well done!
Ben came to help us after a very long and hot day of serving other customers who also had their AC go out. Ben got our system up and running, and professinal, kind, and caring. We are very grateful to have our AC working during this heat wave!
I was helped today by James from Meyers heating and air-conditioning in Boulder. He was terrific. He fixed the problem why our furnace was not going on. He then advised us of appropriate maintenance which we had not been doing. More than that he spent time explaining the unique features of our furnace, and how the way we were trying to save money by turning the temperature down at night, or when we were gone was a bad idea. We have a gas forced air furnace. We also have a condensing furnace. That second mention captures heat out of the exhausting air by capturing moisture. This raises the efficiency of our furnace significantly, from the 70's percentile to 98 percentage... read full review
