An extraordinary experience. Kristina is so caring, gentle and knowledgeable, from the moment I saw her I felt safe and in good hands. The session was above and beyond anything I've experienced, a multi sensory, luxurious experience, healing and activating on many levels. I felt that it was one of a kind and as if tailored just for me and my needs, and later Kristina confirmed that she is guided individually for each and every person, to exactly what they need. Christina is such a knowledgeable and caring teacher; whether she’s leading meditation using sound bowls and voice or teaching a Planet Motion dance class.I had the opportunity to be a part of a group retreat last fall in which Christina led a sound bowl meditation outdoors. It was such a beautiful experience of frequencies of sound awakening different centers of the body accompanied by her voice and nature around us. Wow! Talk about mind-body-soul nourishment! I was speechless after my Heaven and Earth Session with Christina! While consultation is offered prior to sessions, she is intuitive and reads the body and energy very well.
