I had a hearing checkup on 12 Aug 2026 with audiology technician Matthew Bassett. He cleaned my hearing aids, removed earwax, and made sure I knew how to remove wax on the hearing aids themselves. He fully explained the controls on each hearing aid, some of which I hadn't known about. He was unhurried, affable, and very thorough.
Hearing Healthcare Centers (Baseline office) provided me with the best hearing aids (out of three sets) I have experienced, in terms of sound technology and comfort. Cleaned the hearing aids today , inpsected the ears, asked a lot about how I think my hearing is, etc. All good. I have been a customer for at least 28+ years. Very satisfied with the care given and atttention to details .
