This place is within walking distance of me, too bad for the inconsistent service. I'd have been in all the time. I wanted my undercut buzzed, takes about 5-10 minutes.The first time around they charged me how I'd expect, a beard trim. I still tipped them the same amount I would for a full haircut since they could have gotten another person in the time they were working on my quick little thing.The next time they charged for a full on haircut. "They are charging for a haircut because they went into your hair, a beard trim is just the neck and around the ears". I usually don’t leave reviews, but I don’t want someone to make my mistake. The stylists are nice. That’s really all I have to say. I was in and out of the chair in about 5 minutes for a bang trim and to get the back of my hair evened out. When I got home, I realized that multiple portions of the back had been missed and my bangs were completely uneven. I had to have my roommate trim the pieces missed and I evened my bangs myself. For such a simple cut, I was extremely disappointed in the quality and the price of $22. There were clumps of hair in the walkway to the counter, and I didn’t see a hair-wash station.
