Family First Vision Care Boulder

The employees at Pearl Vision in Boulder were very busy when I visited and at first had a hard time answering all my questions. Yet after receiving feedback from me on my frustration regarding this, they made every effort to correct what frustrations I experienced and was not able to communicate. In the end I was very happy with their response to my feedback and found their follow-up went above and beyond what I have experienced at similar chain retailers. After further conversations with the sales people I felt more than satisfied with their attention to customer feedback. I will go back to this location again for glasses and/or contacts.
