This is (unfortunatly) the 3rd time we have used Ecos and we keep going back to them. We had a water line break just before going to bed and they were at our house by 8am the next morning. Pricing is always fair and transparent and they come prepared to start drying out and treating for mold growth when they show up. I hope not to ever use them again but when we inevitably have another water issue, they will be the first call.
Audrey and Michael with Ecos Restoration truly came to the rescue when we discovered unexpected water damage. From the very beginning, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful situation. They did an outstanding job getting the space restored in a very short time—going above and beyond and even working through the holidays to make sure everything was handled properly. Audrey held my hand through the entire process, explained every step, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. I can’t recommend them enough for their professionalism, care, and dedication!
We had a flood at our business, and Audrey, Michael, and the entire ECOS team were incredible. They showed up the same day and got straight to work—quick, efficient, and extremely professional. They even worked over the holiday to help us finish as fast as possible so we could reopen in the shortest amount of time. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they truly went above and beyond. We’re so grateful for their hard work and dedication and highly recommend them.
