Quick response and no charge for the visit! ECOS answered the phone immediately and made a house call within 2 hours. Aubrey was super friendly and found there was no water damage requiring mitigation! If I ever do need their services, I'm calling ECOS.
Absolute lifesavers! They did amazing remediating water damage for my mother. The stress was so overwhelming but they came through on time, professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Audrey and her crew went above and beyond to help us with our flooded basement/water mitigation nightmare at our property that was listed for sale in Evergreen. On a freezing cold night they were there and set up within a couple hours. Audrey was great with keeping us informed and updated. They did an amazing job :))
