Being a lender in Colorado I see many different levels of service that realtors provide to their clients. Ulrike Halpern did a phenomenal job for her clients as they navigated the very challenging real estate market that we found and still find ourselves in. Nicely done Ulrike!
Marsha is the best out there, hands down! She worked very hard to get us the amazing deal that we got, even when the listing was OFF THE MARKET! Don't use Bella Weber. She is a terrible Real Estate Agent. Very unethical and unwilling to put in the effort to do a fair market value analysis and comp. She will happily undersell your home for a quick sale without any consideration for the neighborhood.
