MyEyeDr provides excellent customer service and eye care. The staff, including the doctors and technicians, are welcoming, kind, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything clearly and are accommodating to patients' needs. The team helps with eye health and eye wear needs, making it a highly recommended destination.
I ordered an extra pair of glasses for reading only so they were a single vision lens. My regular trifocal glasses weren’t allowing me to be able to do art, (because I couldn’t read fine print from any area other than the bottom part of that lens) so they ordered me a pair of glasses that would allow me to see close-up things like print and details on the whole lens. They work so well and what I have needed for a while! They’re arrived back at the store on time and the technician made sure they fit well. I’ve always had a great experience at myeyedr in Boulder Colorado.
While visiting Boulder, CO this weekend, had the best customer service experience at this location on the 28th street. Mr. Christopher Arellono was not just knowledgable and patient, but ensured that I took full advantage of my insurance benefits while addressing my vision concerns. Thank you!
I’ve had two eye appointments at MyEyeDr and I highly recommend them. Everyone is very helpful and kind! Plus they’re willing to try and help if insurance coverage, like mine, isn’t the greatest, so special shout out to Jens for the extra care he provided!
