My PCP is a gem, and has helped me tremendously addressing many health issues. All of the staff and doctors are caring, and the BMC Pharmacy located inside BMC on Broadway is the BEST in Boulder. The Pharmacy staff is friendly, helpful and work quickly every day. I love Boulder Medical Center.

The Orthopedics Department at BMC is really excellent! I've now had three joint replacement surgeries due to osteoarthritis, performed by Dr. Repine, and have had perfect results. He's very careful, kind, and professional; 6 months after my second knee replacement I'm back at all my exercise classes and activities full strength. Just DO THE EXERCISES if you have joint replacement surgery.

I am seeing a few reviews about the lack of communication from the billing department/ other areas. I have had a similar experience in which I was not contacted at all about a denial that could have been easily fixed if someone had just taken a moment to reach out to me when it initially happened. I am going to try to make this as objective as possible, as I realize a lot of reviews can be filled with a lot of emotion. The denial happened almost a year after my appointment, but I was not emailed or called. I then had to wait almost a month to hear back from the billing department after I started to look into it.
