I love Boulder Karate! I had done martial arts when I was a kid and had wanted to get back into it, so when I moved to the area last year I started training and could not be happier. The classes are often a challenging workout but really fun, and a great way to blow off steam after work. The community is awesome, and the staff are all amazing. I really like the semi private lessons! It’s a great way to hone skills and get critical feedback on form and technique. The belt tests are also a unique challenge, and when you do earn your next belt you know you’ve really put in the work for it.

My 9 yo daughter started classes here last year and absolutely loves it. The belt tests have really challenged her while giving her a sense of pride and confidence in her accomplishments. I decided to join recently myself and have also been having a blast learning a totally new-to-me sport. The staff and community are welcoming and supportive, all around good vibes. Highly recommend for both kids and adults.

My kid has been going here for about 3 years and loves it! I recently started also and I have never gotten back in shape so quickly. One of my favorite things is that they also teach values and enforce them. Kids who stick with it turn into thoughtful and responsible teens.
