We always have a great experience with Ponderosa! They are thorough, professional, and sincerely care about our best interests. This time we had Alex tuneup our AC to prepare for the warmer months, and he walked us through things we can do at home to maintain our system.
Tankless hot water heater flush was done efficiently and gave us a heads up on not having a neutralizer system which was out of code and could ruin our main drain pipes. Very friendly and professional service
From the first call to get an estimate to the completion of a new furnace install, Ponderosa was amazing. We were scheduled Same day for an estimate. MJ came out was on time , very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was patient and took the time to explain the issues with our furnace and gave us options to repair or replace. He worked quickly to find the best option and got us scheduled for the next day install. Jerry came the next day to install. He too was on time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He stepped us through the process, and explained everything after the install. They both answered all our questions and were very helpful.... read full review
